Our process begins with a free initial phone or in-person consultation regarding intellectual property and related legal matters. If we decide to move forward together, we then discuss the scope of work, timeline, and fees before entering into an agreement. Depending on the nature of the matter, services are billed either hourly or at a fixed fee.
